Most Bradenton-area projects can start within 2–4 weeks of the signed estimate. Smaller jobs (single rooms, staircases, repair work) often slot in inside a week. Larger whole-home installs usually book 4–6 weeks out, depending on the season and material lead times. We’ll give you a real timeline in the written quote, not a guess.

Yes — every estimate is free, in-home, and no-obligation. We measure on site, talk through product options at every price tier, take baseline moisture readings, and email a written line-itemized quote within 24 hours of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Year-round: engineered hardwood (not solid), SPC luxury vinyl plank, and porcelain tile. Each one has a slot it’s best in: SPC for primary living areas and anywhere wet, engineered hardwood for bedrooms and formal spaces where you want real wood, porcelain tile for kitchens, baths, and pool decks. We never recommend solid hardwood for slab-on-grade homes, regardless of how it’s sealed.

Yes. Florida doesn’t require a state license for most residential flooring under $25,000, but we carry general liability and workman’s comp insurance on every job. Certificates of insurance (COIs) are available on request, and we’ll provide them to your HOA, your condo association, or your home insurer before we start.

Rough rule of thumb: a 1,000–1,500 sq ft floating LVP or laminate install runs 2–3 days. The same size engineered hardwood runs 3–4 days. Tile usually runs 5–8 days because of mortar cure time. A 14-tread staircase runs 2–3 days. Whole-home reflooring jobs (3,000+ sq ft) typically run 8–14 working days. Real timeline goes in the written quote.

We don’t run financing in-house, but we work with several third-party home-improvement lenders that offer 0% promotional financing on jobs over $2,500. We can walk you through the options at the estimate. See our financing page for details.

Every install carries a written 12-month workmanship warranty on the labor — we cover squeaks, lippage, plank lift, grout cracks, and anything else attributable to install quality. The material itself is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (which varies by product and which we’ll explain). Details on our warranty page.

Yes — flooring demo and haul-away is included in every estimate at a per-square-foot rate. We protect your driveway, your landscaping, and your interior trim during demo. Old carpet, sheet vinyl, tile, and laminate all get hauled to the appropriate recycling or disposal facility on the day of removal.

Yes. Toilet pull-and-reset, refrigerator and dishwasher moves, and standard furniture moves are included in the install quote. Pianos, gun safes, very heavy custom built-ins, and anything fragile or high-value (antiques, art, large aquariums) are excluded unless specifically discussed. We’ll talk through exclusions at the estimate.

Yes — especially for short-term rentals on Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Lido Key, and the keys around Venice. We have a quick-turnaround SPC vinyl install standard for STR properties that fits inside a one-week vacancy window. We invoice direct to the property manager or the owner depending on preference.
